Khalid, the global multi-platinum-selling artist behind the Thai fan-favorite hit “Young Dumb and Broke,” is bringing his “It’s Always Summer Somewhere Tour” to Bangkok on 29 November 2026 at UOB LIVE Emsphere. Before Khalid graduated from high school, he had already sparked a global music phenomenon with his debut single “Location,” which was certified Diamond by the RIAA and led to his signing with Right Hand Music Group/RCARecords. His debut album American Teen was certified 4x Platinum, while his second album Free Spirit, released in 2019, received widespread critical acclaim. Free Spirit debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and included the No. 1 hit single “Talk,” which earned a Grammy nomination.
Khalid has become one of the defining artists in contemporary pop and R&B. His music has surpassed 35.6 billion streams worldwide across platforms. In October 2025, Khalid released his latest album After The Sun GoesDown, a 17-track project blending smooth R&B with electro pop and80s-inspired synth textures. The album was described as “Vibrant,” “Authentic”and “Slinky,” and featured two standout tracks, “In Plain Sight” and “Nah,”marking a bold new chapter in his musical journey.
Driven by this creative momentum, Khalid received the “Disruptor” award from Billboard at the 2025 Live Billboard Music Summit, recognizing his influence on the music industry, genre diversity and artistic creativity. He has also achieved strong success in dance and electronic music with “Nobody(Make Me Feel)” featuring Oskar Med K, followed by “Save My Love,” a collaboration with KYGO and Griffyn in 2026.
