Starting in Kuala Lumpur, the tour will make stops in Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok and Hong Kong. Each show promises unforgettable performances and timeless hits from Jones’ huge career.

Access
UOB live is located on level 6 of the Emsphere shopping mall located at 628 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong 628 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok.
Emsphere is easily accessible via Sukhumvit or via the PhromPong BTS station connected by an undercover walkway to the Empshere shopping center.
Access to UOB Live is via the bank of escalators located at the front of the Empshere building leading from the ground floor to the event floor on level 6.
Alternatively, guests can arrive by utilizing the Orange lift well which will take them to level 5 where they can progress via the security screening and ticketing checkpoint on level 5M to the event floor on level 6.
Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions however each patron must hold a valid ticket.
Bags
As per the Venues Conditions of Entry, all bags will be subject to a search procedure upon arrival.
Strict size conditions are in place for all bags brought into the venue. Bags larger than 14(35cm)” x 14(35cm)” x 6(15cm)” will not be permitted into the venue. Clear bags are encouraged.
Limited cloaking facilities are available at the Venue so guests are kindly encouraged to not bring bags with them.
Cameras
Small personal cameras (cameras with a lens that extends less than 5cm from the body of the camera) and mobile phones with cameras are permitted for events.
All professional cameras (those with detachable/telephoto lenses) will not be allowed.
Car Parking
A large number of Public car parking spaces are available within the EmDistrict precinct, including at Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium.
Parking within the Emsphere building is accessible via Sukhumvit Rd or via Sukhumvit Soi 22.
Cloaking
Limited cloaking facilities are available at the Venue. There may be a charge associated with the cloaking of items.

Event Times
Security Checks open at 6pm. Main Hall opens at 7pm.
Sir Tom Jones will commence at 8pm.
Food & Beverage
There is a limited range of food and beverage options available within UOB Live. Concession stands will be open in foyer opposite the main event hall on the 6th floor.
Event patrons are encouraged to explore the wide variety of food, beverage and dining options available within the Emsphere building, located on the ground floor and level 1. Please note as a condition of entry no outside food or beverages (other than water) will be permitted within the UOB Live venue.
Please note that UOB Live is a cashless venue.
Lost Property
After an event, all lost property is retained at the Venue for 10 days following the show day, if you are seeking lost property, please email-info@uoblive.asia with a description of the item, contact name, best contact number, the name of the event and date you attended the Venue.
Medical Emergency
If you require medical assistance during an event at UOB Live please contact our event staff who will co-ordinate the appropriate medical assistance.
For the Tom Jones event, UOB Live has first-aid responders on site.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be sold at the venue prior and during the event.
Re-Entry
UOB Live has a strict NO PASS OUT POLICY. Once you exit the Venue, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
Smoking
UOB Live is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the Arena is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices.
Ticket Collection and Sales
Ticket collections and Ticket Sales will commence at 3pm from the ticket counter.
The counter is located on level 5 adjacent to the Orange lifts, above the main entry to Ikea (located on level 3).
Toilets
Male and female and accessible toilets are located within the Venue.
WiFi
Complimentary WIFI is available within the Venue.
